Vic Seedwell buys the PASS Franchise for Peru and Chile Victor C.

Vic has extensive natural resource experience with an educational background in mechanical engineering. He has worked with numerous multinational companies in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Argentina. For over ten years, he has been working with the PASS Process and has implemented the process in numerous operations throughout Australia, Asia and South America. Previous to purchasing the PASS Indonesia (1997) and Argentina (2002) Franchises, he was the Managing Director of PASS Australia. He currently lives in Indonesia, speaks several languages and has an excellent understanding of the many different cultures. On October 17, 2003, the Governor-General of Australia awarded Vic Seedwell the medal of the 'Order of Australia' (OAM) for his distinguished humanitarian service regarding the assistance he provided after the Bali Bombing. Along with her staff team, Kim often presents workshops for local business and associations and is involved with various community events. Absolute Safety Habits (ASH) Workshops The Objective of these workshops (four ASH workshops were recently held at BHP Billiton Ekati Diamond Mine, see photo below) are to tap into the Experience and Knowledge of ‘Peer Appointed’ Team Members and their Positive Safety Approach to all of their Job tasks. We draw on the 'Safest Individuals' from all areas of the operation.
The end result is booklets that share their individual and group Safety advice with everyone on site. Hopefully the Bullet format will help create some positive discussions and enhance your Safety Huddles by reading one bullet at each Huddle (“end with a note of encouragement”).
